Fully furnished private/semi-private rooms, shared kitchens, lounge area and laundry facilities

Utilities & Wi-Fi All utilities and high-speed internet covered in monthly fee

Resource Optional support for budgeting, job search assistance, and meal prep guidance.

Safety & Security Keypad access to home and room, 24 hours surveillance, and wellness checks

ELIGIBILITY

  • Adults 18+

  • Independent Living Facility appropriate

  • Able to self‑administer medications

  • No sex offenders, violent crimes, or arson history

  • No current detox needs

  • Must have income or pending benefits

  • Must be able to follow house rules

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • ID or verification

  • Caseworker contact information

  • Income verification or benefits letter

  • Discharge paperwork (if applicable)

  • Support plan or case notes

Program Fees & Requirements

New Day Living keeps fees simple and transparent.

Community Fee

A one‑time $350 Community Fee is required at move‑in. If approved, $35 is credited toward the application fee.

Income Verification Accepted

We accept the following forms of income verification:

  • Employment

  • SSI

  • SSDI

  • Agency‑verified income

  • Approved third‑party payers

Monthly Program Fee

Monthly program fees vary based on room type and home layout

Intake Form
